I am writing to you as the parent or guardian of a child under the age of eighteen, on behalf of Newtonmore Camanachd Club.

In accordance with our recently prepared Child Protection Policy I am seeking your permission to use your child’s image and details in any publication that the club may produce or be involved in. For example our website, the local media and the clubs photographic archive. Any details that are published will only relate to shinty and the Newtonmore Club and will not contain personal information that could be considered unrelated to our sport.

Our Child Protection Policy and supporting documents are kept in the pavilion for anyone to read and will soon be posted on our website. If you have any concerns question or OBJECTIONS regarding this request, please do not hesitate to contact me using the details below.
